You wrote to me on 16 February about the Foreign
Affairs Committee Report (HC 116) into Sierra Leone.
The Committee will have seen the Foreign Secretary's
reply to the Parliamentary Question put down by Mrs Cheryl Gillan
(Hansard Col 259-260) and his statement to the House on 24 February
(Hansard Col 415-417) setting out the circumstances in which his
office received a copy of a draft of the Report.
