 Mr Secretary Straw
        Bill to reduce the age at which, and to make provision with respect to the circumstances in which, certain sexual acts are lawful; to make it an offence for a person aged 18 or over to engage in sexual activity with or directed towards a person under that age if he is in a position of trust in relation to that person; and for connected purposes.
Formal first reading: no debate or decision.

        (ii) put the Questions on any Motions in the name of Mr Secretary Prescott relating to Local Government (Finance) not later than Seven o'clock.
If opposed, this item cannot be taken after 2.30 p.m.

    The Fifth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation will meet on Monday 31st January at 4.30 p.m. to consider the draft National Assembly of Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 2000.
    The Sixth Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation will meet on Wednesday 2nd February at 4.30 p.m. to consider the draft Census Order 2000.
    The Seventh Standing Committee on Delegated Legislation will meet on Thursday 3rd February at 9.55 a.m. to consider the Transnational Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 1999.
