Clause     6,     page     4,     line     41,     at end insert—

    '(7A) For each year that the licence remains valid, the grantor shall publish a report within twenty-eight days of each anniversary of the granting of the licence which shall specify—

      (a) the performance of the licence holder in respect of the duties set out in section (8);

      (b) the compliance of the licence holder with the terms and conditions of the licence;

      (c) the costs of operation of the licence holder and the charges levied by the licence holder relative to other air traffic service providers;

      (d) any other relevant matters; and

      (e) a recommendation concerning the period for which the licence should be allowed to continue subject to the conditions contained within the licence.'.
