Port and border controls
Port and border controls.     51. - (1) Schedule 6 (port and border controls) shall have effect.
 
      (2) The Secretary of State may by order repeal paragraph 16 of Schedule 6.
 
      (3) The powers conferred by Schedule 6 shall be exercisable notwithstanding the rights conferred by section 1 of the Immigration Act 1971 (general principles regulating entry into and staying in the United Kingdom).
