The Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979 (c.5) |
| | 1. In section 10(1) of the Hydrocarbon Oil Duties Act 1979 (which imposes restrictions on the use of duty-free oil) after "section 9" insert "or 9A".

| | 2. In section 10(4) of the Act, after "section 9" in the first place where it occurs insert "or 9A".

| | 3. In section 10(5) of the Act, after "section 9" insert "or 9A".
|
| | 4. In section 24(1) of the Act (which gives the Commissioners power to make regulations) after "section 9(1) or (4)," insert "section 9A(1) or (2),".

| | 5. In section 24(3) of the Act, after "section 9" insert "or 9A".

| | 6. In paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Act (which lists subjects for regulations made under section 24) after "section 9(1) or (4)" insert ", 9A(1)".
