Disqualification from ministerial office in Scotland

*To move the following Clause:—

    '.—No person may stand for election as, or be nominated as, a Minister in the Scottish Assembly if they are a Minister or Junior Minister of the legislature of the Irish Republic and if a person is appointed as a Minister in the Scottish Assembly and subsequently as a Minister in the legislature of the Irish Republic, he shall cease to be a Minister in the Scottish Assembly.'.

Disqualification from ministerial office in the United Kingdom
