Insolvency Act 1986 (c. 45)

    .—(1) The Insolvency Act 1986 is amended as follows.

    (2) In section 233 (supplies of gas, water, electricity etc)—

            "(b) a supply of electricity by an electricity supplier within the meaning of Part I of the Electricity Act 1989;"; and

      (b) subsection (5)(b) shall be omitted.

    (3) In section 372 (supplies of gas, water, electricity etc in cases of individual insolvency)—

      (a) in subsection (4), for paragraph (b) there is substituted—

            "(b) a supply of electricity by an electricity supplier within the meaning of Part I of the Electricity Act 1989;"; and

      (b) subsection (5)(b) shall be omitted.'.
