Dr Lewis Moonie That, during proceedings on the Armed Forces Discipline Bill [Lords], the Committee do meet on Tuesdays at half-past Ten o'clock and at half-past Four o'clock and on Thursdays at half-past Nine o'clock and at Two o'clock.

NOTE

The Amendments have been arranged in accordance with the Order to be proposed by Dr Lewis Moonie.

    '(5) As soon as a person is treated as charged in accordance with subsection (4) hereof, he will immediately become eligible for legal aid in accordance with the Queen's Regulations for the Army, and the terms of such legal aid will be the same whether the Service person is in England and Wales or elsewhere.'.
