Mr Simon Hughes (b) *Line 4, after 'is', insert 'directed against or is'.
Mr Simon Hughes (c) *Line 4, leave out 'to influence the government or'.
Mr Simon Hughes (d) *Line 16, at end add 'where the consequences of the action are likely to fall within one or more of subsections (1A)(a), (b), (c) or (d) above'.
Mr Simon Hughes (e) *Line 18, leave out 'involves the use of firearms or explosives' and insert 'is intended to cause death'.
Mr Douglas Hogg (f) *Line 18, after 'explosives', to insert 'or chemical, biological, bacteriological or nerve agents'.
