Mr Malcolm Wicks That, during proceedings on the Learning and Skills Bill [Lords], the Committee do meet on Tuesdays at half-past Ten o'clock and at half-past Four o'clock and on Thursdays at Nine o'clock and at half-past One o'clock.

    '. The Council may enter into partnership arrangements or collaborative activities or agency arrangements with other statutory bodies or bodies corporate, whether in England or elsewhere, if it judges that to be the best method of discharging its functions in relation to England.'.
