Mr. Tony Lloyd: To ask the Secretary of State for Health when the full draft of the National Alcohol Strategy will be issued for consultation; and when the strategy will be published. [118374]

Yvette Cooper: The Department plans to launch a consultation paper about a National Strategy to Tackle Alcohol Misuse in England later this year. After a sufficient period for comment the strategy will be published.
