Mr. Brake: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if the Air Accidents Investigation Branch inspector investigating the fatal crash of RAF Chinook ZD576 was informed of an incident on 21 April 1994 that led to the removal of an engine on the same aircraft; and if he will make a statement. 
Mr. Spellar: The Air Accidents Investigation Branch Inspector and the Engineering member of the RAF Board of Inquiry together went through all the maintenance records for ZD576 for the year prior to the accident. This included the incident on 21 April 1994.

Mr. Cousins: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will estimate the value of the current orders placed in the United Kingdom under Government to Government defence sales agreements with Saudi Arabia. 
Mr. Cousins: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Leyton and Wanstead (Mr. Cohen) of 11 July 2000, Official Report, columns 471-72W, on the oil trade component in the Al-Yamamah deal, how many adjustments have been made; and when. 
Mr. Matthew Taylor: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his answer of 21 July 2000, Official Report, column 337W, on the average period of time between the completion of a full business case and signing of the final contracts, if he will list (a) the date of the completion of a full business case and (b) the date of the signing of the final contracts for each private finance initiative contract in his Department; and if he will make a statement. 
Mr. Matthew Taylor: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) when his Department concluded discussions with the United States Department of Defense about obtaining replacement of stocks of Tomahawk missiles used in the Kosovo theatre;

Tony Wright: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list all the (a) task forces, (b) action teams, (c) policy reviews and (d) other temporary advisory bodies with external members currently in existence within his Department; and on what date each body (i) was set up and (ii) is expected to terminate. 
Mr. Key: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence what assessment he has made of (a) land contamination and (b) risk from unexploded or degraded ordnance (i) on land, (ii) on beaches and (iii) offshore at the DERA Eskmeals Range.

Mr. Lansley: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many press officers were employed in his Department in (a) May 1997, (b) January 1998, (c) January 1999 and (d) January 2000; and what the total expenditure on press officers by his Department was in each of the years concerned.

Mr. Lansley: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence how many press releases have been issued so far this year; and what the total cost of the production and issuing of press releases was in (a) 1997, (b) 1998, (c) 1999 and (d) 2000 to date. 
Dr. Moonie: Since May 1997 the Ministry of Defence has funded 637 new build service married quarters in the UK. Of these, 394 were built from new, the remaining 243 were demolition rebuilds. Since May 1997, DHE have also placed four contracts in Great Britain under the Government's Private Finance Initiative (PFI), for a total of 615 properties.
Mr. Stunell: To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list the reports submitted to his Department, by bodies that were created after May 1997 and that include significant and plural membership from outside the Civil Service, stating in each case the body writing the report, the date the report was submitted, how many recommendations were made, the number of those recommendations that have been implemented to date and the number of recommendations that have been rejected; and if he will make a statement.
