Congelow Produce Ltd has been involved with
organic for many years. During that time our dedication to the
integrity of the product has led us to investing relatively large
sums of money, both in the infrastructure and supporting growers.
The recent market growth is to be welcomed as
good news for the countryside everywhere. However there is a growing
degree of concern over the maintenance of integrity.
To illustrate the point please find attached
copies of two recent letters sent to the Soil Association. As
yet we have not received answers to either.
