Further supplementary memorandum submitted

Further to my letter to you of 31 January 2000
in which I referred at paragraph A.1 to the BOA's position in
relation to the National Stadium Monitoring Committee I attach
a fax from the BOA to Philippa Drew (Head of the Education, Training,
Arts and Sport Group at DCMS[13])
expressing the BOA's surprise at seeing the minutes of the Monitoring
Committee's meeting of 20 May 1999 for the first time in WNSL's
response to the Ellerbe Becket report and stating that in December
1999 the BOA were unaware of the existence of the Committee.
