Report and Accounts of the BBC for 1999-2000: Sir Christopher Bland, Chairman, Mr Greg Dyke, Director-General, and Mr John Smith, Director of Finance, BBC, were further examined, and Dame Pauline Neville-Jones DCMG, Governor, and Mr Mark Thompson, Director of Television, BBC, were examined.

Derek Wyatt declared an interest as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Einstein, a science and technology television channel.
