Recommendation on changing the name of the Committee

COMMITTEE REPORT

54. The Committee recommended that consideration be given to changing its name to better reflect the complexity of the work it undertakes, perhaps to come into line with the Better Regulation Task Force.

GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

55. The Government would not object to the Committee changing its name, should the House Authorities consider this appropriate.
