I am writing to express my concern about the proposed Liquor Licensing Deregulations.
There is extensive evidence to show that the abuse of alcohol is increasing both in the home and in the community
Please may I ask your Committee to carefully re-consider the proposed changes before taking what I consider to be a retrograde step.
