ACCESS FOR ALL? A SURVEY OF POST-16 PARTICIPATION
The Education and Employment Committee reported to
the House on Access for All? A Survey of Post-16 Participation
in its Eighth Report of Session 1998-99, published on 2 November
1999 as HC57-I. The Government's response to that Report was received
on 21 January 2000. It is reproduced as Annex A to this Special
Report. The conclusions and recommendations in Section F of the
Committee's Eighth Report are reproduced at Annex B.
