Memorandum from the Eircom League (WP5)
Application for a work permit, including a renewal
should be made six weeks before the time to take up employment
or a current permit expires.
Phone or write to above requesting application
form for work permit.
It takes 3/4 weeks to process same, you can
mark your application URGENT.
Two recent passport-sized photographs with employee's
name on the back of photos.
Passport should also be enclosed.
Copy of same may in some cases be accepted.
A fee of £10 is payable by the employer
in respect of each permit granted. The employer will be requested
to submit the required fee if/when the permit is approved.
REQUIRED RE PLAYING IN THE NATIONAL LEAGUE OF
IRELAND
Letter from—The Football Association of
Ireland/National League of Ireland, accepting the registrations
of players as FIFA regulations regarding Transfer and Clearance
of the said players.
Letter from—The P.F.A. stating that they
have no objections to the players playing in the League of Ireland.
