by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 to 21 read and agreed to.
Ordered, That the Minutes of Proceedings of the Employment
Sub-committee relating to the Report be annexed to the Report.
Resolved, That the Report be the Third Report of the Committee
to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman do make the Report to the House.
