Employability and Jobs: Is There a Job Gap?

I refer to your recent letter regarding the above. A point which Kennet District Council feels is not covered is that some examination of the rural context be given. It is more obvious where the problems are when looking at regions and urban areas, but employability in the rural context is largely unknown.
