the House on Employability and Jobs: Is there a Jobs Gap? in its
Fourth Report of Session 1999-2000, published on 19 April 2000
as HC 60-I. The Government's response to that Report was received
on the 16 June 2000. It is reproduced as an Annex to this Special
Report.
