ANNUAL REPORT OF HER MAJESTY'S CHIEF INSPECTOR OF SCHOOLS 1998-99
The Education and Employment Committee reported to
the House on the Standards and Quality in Education: The Annual
Report of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Schools 1998-99 in
its Sixth Report of Session 1999-2000, published on 16 May 2000
as HC 345. The Government's response to that Report was received
on 12 July 2000. OFSTED's response was received on 26 May 2000.
The responses are reproduced as an Annexes I and II to this Special
Report.
