RULE BOOK
You may be aware that there has been some correspondence
between Jim Boudier, on behalf of Water UK, and David Rees on
the rule book.
I'm sure you will understand that companies
feel it is important for them to have a proper understanding of
how the model works before they enter into discussions at working
level meetings with your colleagues. Much time and effort would
be wasted if the parties at these meetings have a different understanding
of the impacts of key issues on finances.
Jim has sent David a set of test data to run
through the model, but regrettably he is unwilling to do so.
I am writing to ask you if you would be prepared
to reconsider this decision. In an open and transparent review
process companies should fully understand how your model works.
