I have seen the recent correspondence on this
subject and note you have refused to share your model with companies.
I am writing to say, as Chairman of Water UK, that our members
feel very strongly about this matter. It is clear that our discussions
with you after Christmas, and before Christmas at working level,
will be severely hampered if we do not have a much better understanding
of where you are coming from.
Once again, may I ask you to reconsider please,
as a matter of urgency.
