Letter to the Chief Executive, Water UK, from Mr Simon Burns MP

  I am enclosing a copy of a letter that I have received from the Parliamentary Ombudsman following my representations on your behalf.

  As you will see, the letter is self explanatory and I am afraid it is a very disappointing response because sadly the Ombudsman is unable to investigate your case.

  I am very sorry about this.
