implementation of DETR(C) systems, following the standard CCTA
procedure, is divided into six programmes.

(a) The October 1998 memorandum produced for the Sub-Committee
had 21 business critical IT systems, two more have subsequently
been identified neither of which are transport systems.
(b) In these four programmes there has been some slippage
from the original overall planned completion date of June 1999
given in the memorandum.
