  1 Within this amount, 40 Million yet to be approved by the European Parliament.

  2 Out of this amount, 5 Million were disbursed in December 1999 as exceptional targeted assistance to UNMIK.

  3 Out if this amount, 10 Million were disbursed in March 2000 to UNMIK as assistance to Public services.

  4 Total budget for the Kosovo crisis in the region. The province has benefited directly of 111.7 Million.

  5 This amount corresponds to the budget allocated for 2000 but it has not yet been committed by ECHO pending the finalisation of an evaluation which in progress with EU MS about the humanitarian assistance provided to date and the needs to be taken into account in the programming exercise of 2000.

  6 Target achieved even in the worst possible scenario: "Zero-basè contracting of 2000 budget.

  7 Total budgetary assistance to UNMIK amounts to 50 Million between 1999 and 2000. See annotations in footnotes 1 and 2.

  8 Although the full amount has been contracted, to date only 20 Million have been disbursed. The remaining 15 Million will be disbursed by DG ECFIN possibly in June, upon the fulfilment of certain conditions by UNMIK.
