Memorandum by the Association of Chief Police Officers in Scotland

LETTER TO THE CLERK OF THE COMMITTEE

  Further to correspondence dated 14 July 1999, relative to the above I now forward the response on behalf of ACPOS which also incorporates views from the Association of Scottish Police Superintendents and that of the Scottish Police Federation. The three Police Associations in Scotland are supportive of the attached evidence.
