PRIMARY CARE GROUPS

Examples of Primary Care Groups (PCGs) promoting and delivering public health include:

    —  Ashfield PCG (Trent region) who are running an evening programme called Living With Coronary Heart Disease to improve access to information about Coronary Heart Disease for people who work during the day, thus allowing patients to access information about their own care and treatment, including self-help.

This PCG have worked closely with the school to introduce this service.
