Letter dated 7 June 2000 from the Chairman
of the Culture, Media and Sport Committee
Thank you for your letter of 18 May inviting contributions
to your inquiry into the future of the Parliamentary Office of
Science and Technology.
Although there has been continuing liaison between
POST and the staff of this Committee, the Culture, Media and Sport
Committee has not received any formal assistance from POST. The
Committee therefore does not feel able to provide a useful contribution
to your inquiry.
