CONSTITUENCY OFFICES

  The Northern Ireland Assembly is about to supply a system to Constituency Offices consisting of 1 x PC with remote dial-in capability (ISDN or modem depending on Member's preference), 1 x scanner, 1 x desktop printer, zip-drive backup, hardware support.

SERVICES

  We operate an in-house Helpdesk support service 9 am-5 pm for Members and support staff based in Parliament Buildings.

  For Constituency Offices, service details have still to be finalised; most likely hardware support will be via the hardware provider, software support may be provided by the in-house Helpdesk system.

  We have also recently been offering training courses to Members and Support Staff free of charge, but may begin to charge for these.
