1.What ICT resources do MPs need today to carry out their duties effectively?
2.How should this provision change over the next five years?
3.How can MPs be protected against information overload?
4.How will the demand from the public for e-mail contact with MPs change over the next five years?
5.What facilities should the House of Commons provide to enable MPs to interact on-line with the public on e-mail or via the internet—should all Members have accessible websites? Should it be possible to e-mail all MPs? How should Members use these facilities?
6.How will the methods the public use to contact MPs change over the next five years? Will there be demand for video-conferencing? Access via interactive digital TV? Other technologies?
7.What does the public want from the Parliamentary website?
8. Can coverage of Parliament via the web be improved?
