(Applicants should use this form to set out their case for
why they consider themselves suitable for consideration for a
PPA in 2002-03. Before completing this form, you are advised to
read the DFID briefing note "Partnership Programme Agreements
2002-03" for details of the criteria. After each question
there are examples of the type of information CSD will be looking
for in assessing the strength of your application. (Submissions
should be no longer than four A4 pages).

countries. Please include any appropriate current/past engagement
with DFID in these countries.

eligibility under this criterion. Where possible, please give
actual examples of wider policy/influencing work and how it linked
with "grass roots"/operational work with poor and marginalised
people.
