Further to your letter of 4 May 2000 seeking
clarification of issues raised on 10 April, please find enclosed
two additional papers.
The first[19],
a copy of a letter from Dr Richard Tiner, Medical Director at
the ABPI clarifying the position with respect to MRC guidelines
on good clinical practice and International Conference on Harmonisation
(ICH) guidelines.
The second, a copy of the concordat between
the Health Departments and the Medical Research Council[20].
