The Committee published its Eleventh and Twelfth
Reports[1]
of Session 1998-99 on 21 September 1999. The Government's responses,
in the form of Memoranda from the Department of Trade and Industry,
were received on 23 November 1999 and are published as Appendices
to this Report.
