Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994: Section 3(3) Orders
The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 enables the Government to make an Order to amend or repeal a provision in primary legislation which is considered to impose a burden on businesses or others, which could be reduced or removed without removing any necessary protection.
