Lords Amendments

        1.    (1)    Proceedings on Consideration of Lords Amendments to the Bill shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion one hour after their commencement.

      Nos. 6 to 17, 60 to 66, 1 to 5, 18 to 59 and 67 to 87.

Subsequent stages

        2.    (1)    Any further Message from the Lords on the Bill shall be considered forthwith without any Question being put.

Consideration and Third Reading

        1.    Paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Order shall be omitted.

        2.    Proceedings on consideration and Third Reading shall be completed at today's sitting and shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion three hours after the commencement of proceedings on the motion for this Order.

        The Speaker will put the Question not later than 45 minutes after proceedings begin (Order of 7th November 2000).
