TO

Make provision about hunting wild mammals with dogs.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
 

Hunting with dogs: prohibition.     1. The Schedule (which makes it an offence to hunt with dogs in certain circumstances) shall have effect.
 
Commencement     2. The Schedule shall come into force at the end of the period of one year beginning with the date on which this Act is passed.
 
Short title.     3. This Act may be cited as the Hunting Act 2001.
 
Extent.     4. This Act shall extend only to England and Wales.
