Clause 6 excludes Crown property which will become liable to entry into the local non-domestic rating list from the entitlements conferred on enactment of the Bill. Clause 7 requires the Corporation to submit a report to the Secretary of State on the working of the provisions in the Bill and enables the Secretary of State to call for further such reports.
