Tuesday 27 February

Briefings on operational welfare arrangements

Briefings on the Multinational Military Police Company (MMPC) from Major Viv Buck, Officer Commanding; Warrant Officer Brian Inglis, Royal Military Police; and Sergeant Tim Washington, Ministry of Defence Police. Informal meeting with members of Royal Military Police and RAF Police attached to the MMPC.

CYPRUS

Tuesday 27 February

Command briefing at Headquarters, British Forces Cyprus

Dinner with British forces personnel hosted by Brigadier David Radcliffe OBE, Deputy Commander, British Forces Cyprus

Wednesday 28 February

Briefings at Episkopi Barracks from Lieutenant Colonel Mark Castle, Commanding Officer, 1st Battalion King's Own Scottish Borderers, and personnel responsible for discipline and welfare.

Tour of Barracks and informal meetings with KOSB other ranks.

Briefing on the Cyprus Joint Police Unit and informal discussions with members of the Unit.

Visit to court martial centre and demonstration of video link to the court martial administration office in Upavon

Briefings at RAF Akrotiri from Group Captain Martin Halsall and senior officers. Tour of station and informal discussions with RAF personnel.
