Ms Claire Ward declared a registered interest that
her Christmas card competition for children last year had been
supported by three local companies including G Tech who had donated
£250. After bills had been paid there was a small surplus,
which had been donated to a local charity.
The Operation of the National Lottery: Sir George
Russell, Chairman, Mr Tim Holley, Chief Executive, and Ms Dianne
Thompson, Chief Executive Designate, Camelot Group, were examined.
Ms Claire Ward declared a registered interest that

Sir Richard Branson, Chairman, Mr John Jackson, Deputy
Chairman, and Mr Simon Burridge, Chief Executive, the People's
Lottery, were examined.
The Chairman declared that he had asked Virgin Atlantic
to help the family of a severely disabled boy in his constituency
to visit Florida and that Virgin Atlantic had helped in that way.
