  Paragraphs 16 and 17 read, amended and agreed to.

  Paragraphs 18 and 19 read, amended, agreed to and consolidated (now paragraph 18).

  Paragraphs 20 to 23 read and agreed to (now paragraphs 19 to 22).

  Paragraph 24 read, amended and agreed to (now paragraph 23).

  Paragraphs 25 to 29 read and agreed to (now paragraphs 24 to 28).

  Paragraphs 30 and 31 read, amended and agreed to (now paragraphs 29 and 30).

  Paragraph 32 read and amended.
