We have already attended before the Committee[12]
under the Chairman of David Smyth.
We attach a copy of a letter sent to the Committee.
The letter deals with questions which the Committee felt we might
be able to assist with.
Unless free market practices, to include insurance,
are outlawed, it seems inevitable that any proposed changes which
focus upon the introduction of a CLAF will come under severe pressure.
