Ireland Office
Thank you for your letter of 29 June, which was unfortunately
only received here on 12 July. If you can shed any light on the
reason for this delay in delivery, I shall be interested to hear
from you.
I should be grateful if you would confirm whether
the Committee is to consider this letter to be the Government
Response to its Third Report. If this is not the case, I should
be further grateful if you could inform me as to when the Committee
may expect to receive the now overdue Government response to this
report.
