Supplementary information by Prime Focus
Housing Association in relation to questions 58 and 59
I was asked to supply information to the Committee
in relation to the payment to the Operations Director who left
the Association on 1 April 1995 after 17 years' service. He was
paid £25,200 on his departure as a full and final settlement
on termination of employment. I reaffirm the statement made to
the Committee that the Development Director who resigned later
that year received no payment.
