The Comptroller and Auditor General's report on Shadow
Strategic Rail Authority: Action to improve Passenger Rail Services
(HC 842) was considered.
Mr Mike Grant, Director of Passenger Rail Franchising
and Chief Executive, the Shadow Strategic Rail Authority, Mr Martin
McGann, Executive Director, Corporate Services; and Mr Terence
Jenner, Executive Director, Finance, the Shadow Strategic Rail
Authority, were examined (HC 757-i).
In the absence of the Chairman, Mr Alan Williams
took the Chair.
