Memorandum by Lincolnshire County Council
To further develop community consultation the council
has formed a partnership with all Lincolnshire District Councils
and Lincolnshire Police to establish a joint, countywide citizens'
panel. Working jointly from the start enables us to maximise opportunities
for co-ordination and achieve best value through joint purchasing
of the support to operate the panel.
The partners believe this provides a model for
co-ordinating multi-agency consultation.
The panel was established in November this year.
It has been badged "Viewpoint". It consists of 3500
residents, 500 per district. The first questionnaire survey is
also joint, enabling coverage of the full panel at shared costs.

out with the original tender documentation. You may share this
