In response to your letter addressed to Mr Whitaker
dated 19 November, please find attached the response from ESRC
to the Science and Technology Committee's inquiry into the EQUAL
Initiative.
Whilst I have prepared the response on behalf
of ESRC, you should note that I have had considerable input from
both Professor Walker and Ms Faye Auty, both responsible for the
Growing Older Programme.
