Ordered, That the
draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.

Resolved, That the
Report be the Third Report of the Committee to the House.

Minutes of the Evidence taken before the Committee on 13 June
2000, in the last Session of Parliament, and parts of the Minutes
